You do not need to make an appointment to bring your PC in. Computers are worked on in a first come first serviced order. If you need your computer back sooner than our normal turn around time, we offer a Rush service with a 24 hr. turn around time. This service is available for an additional fee. We do schedule appointments for cell phone repairs.

Yes. If you have a problem at your business or with your home computer/network just give us a call. We can help.

Depending what the issue is with your computer, is ultimately what determines the repair time.

• Most repairs are completed within three business days.
• If your PC or laptop needs parts, repairs can take about 5 days.
